The Anderson Woods Home Owners Association (HOA) and the residents of the Anderson Woods subdivision are supported by a number of committees, groups, and teams. These groups are comprised of resident volunteers and conduct the day-to-day business of the association. Below is a list of the committees/groups that are presently active.
Neighborhood Committees
Architectural Control Committee This committee manages and enforces the neighborhood deed restrictions. They are also responsible for reviewing resident applications for exception and other architectural changes.
Beautification Committee This committee is responsible for the creating and managing neighborhood beautification projects such as planting of trees and flowers and managing the maintenance of common areas.
Board of Directors This committee is responsible for managing the business of the home owner's association.
Newsletter Committee This committee manages the neighborhood newsletter.
Social Committee This committee organizes and manages the various social events for the neighborhood including the 4th of July Parade and our annual Festival in the Woods.
Neighborhood Groups/Team
Community Emergency Response Team This group is comprised of residents who have been trained in first aid, search & rescue, as well as other techniques our neighborhood will need in the event of a local disaster.
Neigborhood Watch This group monitors and reports crime activity in the area as well as coordinates crime prevention activities within the neighborhood.
Website This group is responsible for programming and administering the neighborhood's web site.
